Observation

There is an expired epi-pen in two of the classrooms.(Room 100 and 105.) There is also an epi-pen in room 105 without the paperwork. There is an epi-pen with no prescription label of name on it in room 100. There is an inhaler in room 109 that is expired. There are diaper creams without full names on them or the paperwork in several of the toddler rooms. There are diaper creams that are stored all together in a drawer and are touching each other.
